More about this course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Knowing PMO terminology is different from choosing a defensible action when customers disagree, authority is limited, and capacity is constrained. These practice tests help you work through those decisions with explanations of why the alternatives fit or fail.

Prepare in English for the PMI PMO Certified Professional (PMI-PMOCP) examination using the public February 2025 Examination Content Outline. The questions focus on organizational alignment, PMO strategy, service design, operations, improvement, and people. This course addresses the current Professional credential; it does not prepare you for the legacy PMO-CP examination.

What is included

  • 320 original practice questions with an explanation for every option, an overall rationale, and a focused study tip.
  • Four 20-question focused practice sets for diagnosing gaps before a timed attempt.
  • Two separate 120-question mock tests, each timed at 165 minutes and covering every public domain task with rounded domain proportions.
  • Single-answer and clearly labeled multiple-answer questions about realistic PMO tradeoffs, evidence, service commitments, and value.

How to use the tests

Start with the focused sets. For each missed question, identify the condition that changes the decision: mandate, customer need, resource constraint, evidence quality, or intended outcome. Review that concept before attempting the first mock. Use the second mock after addressing your weakest domains, rather than relying on immediate answer recall.

The official examination contains 100 scored questions and 20 unscored pretest questions. All questions in this course count toward your practice result. The official exam offers an optional ten-minute break after the first 60 questions and prevents returning to the first section once that break begins. For a closer rehearsal, manage this boundary yourself; the practice platform does not reproduce the official exam interface or section lock.

The 70% practice target is a study aid and is not PMI's official passing standard or a prediction of your exam result. This is an independent practice course, not an official PMI product, and does not promise certification, examination eligibility, contact hours, or PDUs. PMI and PMI-PMOCP are marks of Project Management Institute, Inc.
