More about this course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Knowing the vocabulary of agile is different from choosing an effective action when priorities change, customers disagree, or work stops flowing. These practice tests help you connect evidence, constraints, and agile principles to a defensible next step.

The questions address the current four-domain PMI-ACP Examination Content Outline: Mindset, Leadership, Product, and Delivery, including collaboration across teams and alignment with organizational outcomes. You will practice deciding what to investigate, how to involve people, how to compare alternatives, and how to check whether a change delivered value.

You get 336 original questions across six tests, with explanations for every answer option.

A structured route from focused practice to mixed decisions

  • Use the four 24-question domain practice tests to identify recurring reasoning mistakes.
  • Take the two separate 120-question, 180-minute mocks without first studying their answers.
  • Read the explanation for every option, including alternatives that would be sensible under different conditions.
  • Turn missed decisions into a short study plan and revisit the underlying principle before retaking a test.

Scenarios span experimentation, team empowerment, conflict resolution, backlog decisions, increments, value, risk, metrics, waste, and end-to-end flow. Framework-specific questions state the framework in the scenario; this is not a Scrum-only question bank.

The real exam also uses drag-and-drop-style items and exhibits. This course uses single-answer and multiple-answer questions to practice the underlying decisions; it does not reproduce the official exam interface. The practice threshold is a study target, not PMI's official passing score. All practice questions are scored here; the official exam includes unscored pretest items.

This is independent exam preparation, not an official PMI product or a source of confidential exam questions. PMI and PMI-ACP are marks of Project Management Institute, Inc. No pass guarantee is offered. These practice tests do not establish eligibility or provide the formal training hours required for an application.
