Overview
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
Knowing a definition is useful; choosing between similar project actions takes another kind of practice. A technically correct result may still lack acceptance, an approved idea may still lack resources, and a positive earned-value indicator may not establish an early finish. This course helps you inspect the conditions behind those decisions.
510 original English questions across six tests cover the four domains of the current PMI CAPM Exam Content Outline: Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts, Predictive, Plan-Based Methodologies, Agile Frameworks/Methodologies, and Business Analysis Frameworks. The official outline remains titled the 2023 Exam Update and was checked in September 2026.
Build understanding, then practice mixed decisions
The mocks use author allocations of 54/26/30/40 and 54/25/30/41 questions. Together they match the official domain weights of 36%/17%/20%/27%; the individual integer allocations are practice design choices. PMI does not publish exact task or enabler quotas.
Learn from the alternatives
Every question includes an answer, a reason for each option, an overall explanation, a focused review suggestion, and related source links in the question feedback. The bank contains 504 single-answer questions and six questions requiring two answers. Numerical work uses explicit assumptions and examines units, thresholds, remaining capacity, network relationships, or forecast conditions. Some foundation questions deliberately reinforce essential rules; the bank does not claim that every item introduces a different concept.
Try the specialty tests first. After each attempt, identify the condition you overlooked and explain why a plausible alternative fails. Then take a mixed mock under its timer and review both incorrect answers and correct answers reached by guessing. An 80% checkpoint is an author-selected review target, not PMI's passing score or a prediction that you will pass.
Understand the practice boundaries
This is independent preparation, not an official PMI course or item bank. It does not provide the 23 hours of project management education required for CAPM eligibility. Official questions may use drag-and-drop, hot spots, animation, or comic formats; this course uses selection-based practice instead of reproducing those interactions. All practice questions are scored, unlike the official allocation of 135 scored questions and 15 unscored pretest questions. The official break after question 75 and the restriction on returning to the first section are not reproduced by these practice controls.
Use the explanations alongside your study materials and current certification requirements. No official endorsement, guaranteed result, or measured equivalence to examination difficulty is claimed.
