More about this course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Learn to distinguish a Scrum rule, a useful technique and a decision that depends on the situation. These English practice tests help you apply the November 2020 Scrum Guide and the PSM I focus areas to questions about evidence, responsibilities, goals, quality and product outcomes.

You will practise interpreting what is known, what remains uncertain and which decision belongs to which accountability. Scenarios include changed scope, misleading completion reports, ineffective meetings, stakeholder conflicts and forecasts whose assumptions no longer hold. Some questions consolidate essential definitions and timeboxes; others require combining rules or assessing what should happen after a previous action.

Six tests with a clear study path

  • Foundations: 35 questions on empiricism, values and accountabilities.
  • Events: 45 questions on Sprint boundaries and purposeful inspection.
  • Artifacts and Done: 40 questions on goals, backlogs and usable product state.
  • People and Products: 50 questions on self-management, facilitation, coaching, forecasts, value and collaboration.
  • Mock 1: 80 mixed questions in 60 minutes.
  • Mock 2: 80 mixed questions in 60 minutes with changed evidence and constraints.

The bank contains multiple-choice, multiple-answer and true/false questions. Multiple-answer items state how many choices to select. Each option has its own feedback, followed by an overall explanation, a focused study suggestion and relevant official further reading.

Use feedback to improve your reasoning

Start with a focused drill and review why each alternative fits or fails. Then attempt a mock without checking answers during the attempt. Use your missed topics to revisit the Guide and supporting professional Scrum resources before another attempt. When repeating a question, explain the controlling condition rather than memorize its answer position.

The mock length, duration and 85% checkpoint follow the published PSM I assessment structure. The drills use longer learning allowances. Each mock has an author-selected mix of 48 framework, 14 people-and-team and 18 product questions. The assessment provider does not publish these as official focus-area percentages.

This is independent preparation, not an official certification assessment. The questions are original practice material, not recalled or protected exam items. A practice score is not proof of certification readiness or a guarantee of passing. This course provides tests and explanations rather than video instruction or verified workplace performance assessment.
