A separately purchased course is a one-time course purchase, not a BrightRung subscription. Where Udemy offers a subscription, its billing period, renewal price, trial conditions and cancellation terms are shown by Udemy. Check whether the specific course is included before subscribing.

What your purchase includes

Review the course page for the question count, practice sets, language, objectives, explanations and prerequisites. Our products are digital certification-preparation materials. They do not include an official certification exam, exam voucher, certification award or a guaranteed pass. Check whether a course consists of practice tests rather than video lessons.

Delivery and access

After Udemy confirms your payment and enrollment, sign in to the purchasing Udemy account and open My learning. The course is delivered online through Udemy; no physical goods are shipped and there is no shipping fee. Access duration and any device, regional or subscription restrictions follow the terms shown by Udemy. A website language switch does not change the purchased course language or give access to other language editions.

If access is missing after purchase, check that you are signed into the correct account, then contact Udemy Support with your order information. For course-content questions, contact the instructor or our support email.

Payments and promotions

This website does not currently accept direct payments, collect card details or charge subscriptions. Payment details are submitted to Udemy and its payment providers on their checkout, not to BrightRung through this website.
