More about this course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Knowing the customer journey steps is a useful start. Applying them is harder when a customer request hides a different need, a supplier meets its own targets while the combined service fails, or a technically successful service still creates a poor user experience. These independent practice tests help you examine the conditions that distinguish the available responses.

Work through 320 original English questions covering the public ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value assessment scope. Practise customer journey design, markets and stakeholder needs, relationship development, demand and offerings, service agreements, onboarding and offboarding, service consumption, and value realization. The questions include foundational distinctions, scenario decisions, paired-statement reasoning and a small number of clearly specified calculations.

A learning route before timed practice

  • Four focused tests contain 60 questions each. They follow the journey from understanding markets and relationships to agreements, user engagement and value evaluation. Their 90-minute settings are a custom practice pace.
  • Two full-length mocks contain 40 questions each, with 90 minutes and the public grouped syllabus allocation. Use a closed-book attempt when you want to practise the exam format.
  • Every question includes an explanation of the correct response, feedback on each alternative and a focused review suggestion. Use incorrect answers to identify the condition or concept you missed.

After each focused test, explain why the nearest alternative does not fit the scenario. Revisit the relevant section of your accredited learning materials, then attempt unfamiliar questions before taking a mock. A remembered answer is less useful than being able to explain how a changed constraint would affect it.

The current official exam format is 40 questions in 90 minutes, closed book, with 28 correct answers required to pass. A score in this course is a practice result and does not confer a PeopleCert qualification or establish a guaranteed outcome in the official exam.

This course addresses the ITIL 4 DSV module. It does not teach an ITIL Version 5 bridge or replace the official prerequisite certification and accredited training or ITIL Official eLearning. It provides questions and feedback, not an accredited training course, official exam questions or an exam voucher.
