  • Distinguish product coupling, communication delays and useful scaling or de-scaling interventions.
  • Apply Nexus Integration Team, Product Owner, Scrum Master and Developer accountability boundaries.
  • Evaluate dependency forecasts, usable slices and coherent Nexus Sprint Planning outputs.
  • Connect daily integrated-state inspection with relevant cross-team and local replanning.
  • Separate stakeholder product adaptation from working-system improvement.
  • Judge artifact transparency, applicable Done criteria and the limits of quality evidence.

More about this course

Scaling Scrum becomes difficult when teams finish their own work but the combined product still cannot deliver usable value. A shared backlog, more meetings or a green component dashboard can look reassuring while leaving the actual integration constraint unresolved. These practice questions help you distinguish those signals and make decisions using the Nexus framework.

Work through 320 original English questions across six tests. Four focused sets build the foundations and apply them to dependencies, accountabilities, planning, daily coordination, stakeholder feedback, artifacts and quality. Two mixed mocks then ask you to diagnose incomplete evidence, changing constraints and competing priorities. Every question includes an answer explanation, feedback for each available option and a targeted review tip.

What the six tests do

  • Value and Accountability Decisions: 60 questions in 90 minutes of author-designed practice.
  • Refinement and Sprint Planning Decisions: 60 questions in 90 minutes of author-designed practice.
  • Daily Coordination and Stakeholder Decisions: 60 questions in 90 minutes of author-designed practice.
  • Artifacts, Done and Improvement Decisions: 60 questions in 90 minutes of author-designed practice.
  • Mock 1, Diagnose a Nexus in Operation: 40 questions in 60 minutes.
  • Mock 2, Adapt a Nexus Under Change: 40 questions in 60 minutes.

The mocks match the published SPS question count and duration. Their topic distribution and difficulty are author-designed; they do not reproduce the official assessment. All six tests use an 85% practice threshold, which is a study setting rather than a prediction of your certification result. The focused sets combine short foundation checks with scenario decisions. Single-answer and multiple-answer questions are included; some short single-answer checks use two alternatives.

Learn from the conditions, not just the answer

Consider a dependency whose timing is known but whose output has never been checked for compatibility. A schedule alone cannot establish that the combined result will be usable. Other questions ask you to separate NIT accountability from team execution, distinguish a proposed quality criterion from an adopted requirement, or determine what an observed improvement actually proves. Read the feedback for your selected option and the alternatives before moving on.

Use the focused tests to identify gaps first. Revisit the relevant Nexus or Scrum Guide section after a missed question, then explain the governing rule in your own words. Take the mocks without consulting explanations and review the decisions afterward, particularly where your answer relied on a fact the scenario did not supply.
