  • Apply the five facilitation principles and Scrum Values to concrete group interactions.
  • Diagnose whether a discussion needs clarification, independent input, sense-making or convergence.
  • Compare facilitation techniques using their purpose, constraints and expected outputs.
  • Interpret support checks, preference votes, shared budgets and scoring without overstating their meaning.
  • Facilitate Scrum events and refinement while preserving the team's decision ownership and accountabilities.
  • Identify realistic next steps, reporting boundaries and evidence needed to inspect improvements.

More about this course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence. AI was used to draft questions, explanations and the course-cover background. The course creator performed a complete model-based content review against the cited public sources; this is not an independent human expert review.

A discussion can sound collaborative yet still end with misunderstood actions, hidden concerns or a decision that nobody can carry out. These practice tests help you examine what a facilitator should do under specific conditions: the objective, the available time, the participants' access, the state of understanding and the actual decision boundary.

The course contains 320 original English questions in six tests. Four focused sets contain 70 questions each. They cover facilitation principles and Scrum Values, listening and participatory decisions, technique selection, and application in Scrum events and Product Backlog refinement. Their 105-minute settings are self-paced training allowances, not the official assessment format.

Two mixed mocks contain 20 questions each with a 30-minute setting, matching the publicly listed PSF Skills assessment length and time. They change decision conditions across topics, such as a missing interpretation versus a missing access route, a valid vote versus an unresolved constraint, and a feasible trial versus an unsupported commitment. The 85% target is a practice threshold, not a prediction of your official result.

Every question includes an explanation of the chosen answer, a reason for each alternative and a study tip. Use the focused sets to identify the condition you missed, then attempt the mixed mocks without consulting the explanations. Review the reasoning after each attempt and explain why a changed condition would lead to a different intervention.

These are independent preparation exercises for the certification provider's Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills certification, currently styled PSF Skills and also known as PSFS. They address the published facilitation focus areas, not a PSM or PAL substitute syllabus. They do not contain official, recalled or leaked assessment questions. This course is not affiliated with or endorsed by the certification provider, does not include an assessment voucher and does not guarantee certification or a passing score. Scrum knowledge is needed to interpret the event contexts; practical facilitation also requires experience beyond multiple-choice practice.
