More about this course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Knowing a project management term is useful. Choosing the right action when responsibilities, deadlines and evidence conflict is the harder part. These English practice questions help you distinguish a proposed change from an approved commitment, a completed installation from accepted delivery, and a reassuring status label from the evidence needed for a decision.

Prepare for CompTIA Project+ PK0-005 with 360 original single-answer questions across six tests. Work through four focused tests before trying two timed rehearsals. Each question includes feedback for every answer choice, an overall explanation and an objective-linked study tip to guide your next review.

What is included

  • Project Management Concepts: 60 questions covering methods, constraints, change, risk, issues, schedules, quality, communication, meetings, resources and procurement.
  • Project Life Cycle Phases: 55 questions from discovery and initiation through planning, execution and closure.
  • Tools and Documentation: 35 questions on project artifacts, productivity tools and performance charts.
  • Basics of IT and Governance: 30 questions on ESG, security, privacy, IT dependencies and operational change.
  • Timed Rehearsal 1: 90 questions in 90 minutes, emphasizing coordination and delivery decisions.
  • Timed Rehearsal 2: 90 questions in 90 minutes, emphasizing transitions, evidence and changing conditions.

Each timed rehearsal uses 30, 27, 17 and 16 questions across the four domains respectively. These counts approximate the published 33%, 30%, 19% and 18% weights by rounding. They are an author-designed practice allocation, not an official item blueprint.

A practical review method

Start with a focused test and explain your choice before opening the feedback. For missed questions, identify whether the gap involved a concept, a decision right, a prerequisite or the quality of the evidence. Follow the study tip, then explain why the closest incorrect alternative fails under the stated conditions. Attempt each timed rehearsal before studying its feedback; use the result to decide which objectives need further review.

The 80% practice threshold is a learning target. It does not convert to CompTIA's scaled passing score or predict an examination result. The current exam includes multiple-choice and performance-based questions; this course provides single-answer selected-response practice and does not recreate interactive performance-based tasks.

This is independent preparation material. It is not sponsored, endorsed or approved by CompTIA, and it contains no claim to reproduce live exam items. Check the official certification information before booking your exam, and combine question practice with study of the exam objectives and practical project experience.
