  • Select service solutions by customer need, rep workflow, support commitment, and implementation trade-off.
  • Diagnose intake, routing, skills, presence, and capacity issues without confusing their responsibilities.
  • Design Case lifecycle, entitlement, milestone, and automation behavior around explicit service policies.
  • Apply Knowledge lifecycle, KCS, classification, audience, and field access to assisted and self-service support.
  • Distinguish suitable AI service tasks, action authority, grounding, and safe human handoff.
  • Interpret service metrics and build stakeholder-appropriate reports with valid populations and data grain.
  • Assess external data timing, identity, retries, partial outcomes, and integration recovery.
  • Practice all eight exam domains through four focused sets and two timed mixed mocks.

More about this course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Knowing the name of a service feature is only the beginning. A consultant must decide whether it fits the customer's workflow, the rep's workload, the support promise, and the data boundary. These practice tests help you work through those decisions for the Salesforce Certified Agentforce Service Consultant credential, formerly called Service Cloud Consultant.

The course follows the current official eight-domain outline and the Summer '25 exam alignment stated in the exam guide checked in October 2026. It includes 336 original questions across six tests, with an explanation for every option, a worked explanation of the decision, and a focused review suggestion. Questions combine useful foundations with service scenarios, configuration diagnosis, quantitative interpretation, and implementation trade-offs.

Build your service-design judgment

  • Consulting and delivery — 54 questions: service metrics, outcome risks, discovery, acceptance, deployment, training, migration, and governance.
  • Experience, security, and Knowledge — 54 questions: console design, customer journeys, access layers, article lifecycle, KCS, publication, and self-service content.
  • Channels and case management — 54 questions: intake, routing, capacity, Voice integration, messaging, AI tasks, case transitions, entitlements, milestones, and automation.
  • Analytics and integrations — 54 questions: report scope and grain, dashboard identities, historical evidence, external data, retries, reconciliation, and cross-system outcomes.
  • Two mixed mocks — 60 questions each: eight-domain practice with 105-minute time limits and a 78% practice target.

Learn from the deciding condition

Practice distinguishing an acknowledgment from resolution, a record match from authorization, a cached status from a confirmed live result, and a supported action from a conversational promise. Explanations show how the scenario changes the choice and why a plausible alternative fails. The mocks include different constraints from the focused sets, such as preserving valid edits during recovery, handling weighted routing capacity, and comparing contractual clocks with raw calendar age.

Start with the focused sets. After each attempt, explain the rule behind your missed answers and review the linked official material. Then take the mixed mocks without reference material. Revisit the underlying decisions before retaking a test; memorizing an answer position will not build the same judgment.

The mocks model the published 60 scored-question format. Every practice question counts toward your result; no simulated unscored questions are added. This is an independent question-based preparation course with single-answer and multiple-answer questions. It includes no video lessons or connected Salesforce labs. Use it alongside hands-on practice and the official preparation resources. Salesforce certification prerequisites still apply, and a practice score is not a guarantee of an exam result. This course is not affiliated with or endorsed by Salesforce.
