  • Diagnose object, field, record and membership access without confusing page targeting with authorization.
  • Evaluate sharing sets, account relationships, external hierarchies and the enforced guest security model.
  • Match templates, themes and supported reuse or migration artifacts to the required runtime and business process.
  • Trace user provisioning, SSO identity matching, registration and delegated administration boundaries.
  • Distinguish CMS delivery, Knowledge access, file visibility, site topics and search contexts.
  • Plan PRM, public content, ticketing and applicable Agentforce Service site integration dependencies.
  • Use analytics, moderation and outcome metrics to assess community operations and prepare for mixed timed decisions.

More about this course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A customer can sign in and still be unable to open the right record. A published article can be readable while its attachment remains private. A reusable page can look complete while the destination business process is missing. Experience Cloud consulting requires you to identify the exact layer that controls each outcome.

Practice those decisions with 336 original questions in six tests for the Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant scope. Questions cover the eight published domains: basics; sharing, visibility and licensing; branding, personalization and content; templates and themes; user creation and authentication; adoption and analytics; administration and configuration; and customization limitations.

What is included

  • Test 1 — Site Strategy, Templates and Delivery Foundations: 54 questions connecting personas, account models, licensing, templates, reuse and launch planning.
  • Test 2 — Sharing, Visibility and Licensing: 54 questions on permissions, relationship maps, external roles, guest access and effective grants.
  • Test 3 — Identity, Membership and Site Administration: 54 questions on provisioning, SSO, registration, delegation and deployment dependencies.
  • Test 4 — Content, Search and Community Operations: 54 questions on CMS, Knowledge, targeting, topics, analytics, moderation and support journeys.
  • Tests 5 and 6 — Mixed Consulting Mocks: 60 questions each, with a 105-minute practice budget and different decision conditions.

Every question includes feedback for each answer choice, an overall explanation and a focused study tip. Work through access matrices, distinguish component presentation from data authorization, trace content publication to its destination, and plan a safe transition between site frameworks. Single-answer and multiple-answer questions are included; multiple-answer prompts state how many choices to select.

How to study

  1. Complete the focused sets first and record the condition you missed, such as a lookup type, active relationship, article audience or target metadata dependency.
  2. Explain why each rejected choice fails under the stated facts. Revisit the relevant official learning material before repeating weak areas.
  3. Attempt the two mixed mocks without consulting explanations. Review uncertain correct answers as carefully as incorrect answers.

The mock allocation follows an author-rounded interpretation of the published domain weights. All 60 mock questions are scored here. The 80% course target is a study goal, separate from the official guide's 62% passing score. The official exam may also include up to five unscored questions; these tests do not simulate hidden unscored items.

The official guide checked on October 13, 2026 still states Winter ’23 alignment. Current product changes, including enhanced LWR metadata and relevant feature prerequisites, are identified in the scenarios where needed; this does not imply an announced new exam quarter. This is independent practice material, not official exam questions or an endorsement by Salesforce. It provides question-based preparation rather than a video course or hands-on Salesforce lab, and does not guarantee certification success.

A manufacturer wants customers to read approved troubleshooting articles and track their own support requests using Salesforce data. Which approach best fits this scope?

Before you begin

  • Salesforce administration foundations, including profiles, permission sets, objects and record sharing.
  • Familiarity with customer service or partner sales workflows and the official Experience Cloud learning objectives.
  • The official certification requires Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator; these practice tests do not replace that prerequisite.
  • No Salesforce org purchase is required for answering the tests. Optional implementation practice requires your own authorized environment.

Who this is for

  • Candidates preparing for Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant who already have administration foundations.
  • Salesforce consultants or administrators reviewing customer and partner site implementation decisions.
  • Practitioners who want to diagnose access, content, identity and rollout problems through scenario questions.
