  • Apply empiricism, Scrum values, accountabilities, events, artifacts, and the Definition of Done to situations where a simple rule recital is insufficient.
  • Distinguish facilitation, coaching, mentoring, teaching, and leadership responses based on the team's actual need.
  • Protect self-management while working with managers and other people who hold legitimate organizational responsibilities.
  • Help Product Owners use product evidence and stakeholder input without taking over their Product Backlog decisions.
  • Make technical uncertainty visible and choose a useful verification or recovery response before claiming a product is ready.
  • Recognize systemic impediments in staffing, incentives, governance, supplier relationships, and decision rights.
  • Review errors with feedback and sources before attempting two timed mixed mocks.
More about this course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Professional Scrum Master II questions turn on context. A team may already understand Scrum yet still face a manager who controls staffing, a Product Owner without real ordering authority, a release with uncertain technical risk, or a stakeholder request that conflicts with product evidence. These practice tests help you choose a useful Scrum Master response from plausible alternatives.

What is included

  • 300 questions in six sets: four focused sets cover the Scrum framework, people and teams, product and technical-risk decisions, and organizational design and culture.
  • Two timed mixed mocks: each contains 30 questions with a 90-minute limit, matching the published PSM II question count and time limit.
  • Choice-by-choice feedback: compare the decisive facts in the scenario, the reason each alternative falls short, a short study tip, and linked sources.
  • Complex situations: practice separating Product Owner, Developer, Scrum Master, leadership, and governance responsibilities without assuming that one coaching technique fits every case.

How to use the tests

Start with the focused sets. For each missed item, find the condition that changed the answer: a decision right, an observation, an existing agreement, or a risk not yet tested. Use the explanation and source link to check that distinction. Then take the mixed mocks and reason from the scenario conditions rather than a topic label.

The certification provider currently publishes 30 questions, 90 minutes, an 85% passing score, and multiple-choice, multiple-answer, and true/false formats for PSM II. Some official items may receive partial credit. This course uses the published count and time for its mixed mocks, but its local scoring does not reproduce the official partial-credit method. A mock score is a revision signal, not a promise of certification success.

This is independent practice material, not an official PSM II assessment or a course sponsored or endorsed by the certification provider.

Mid-Sprint, the Developers report that 80% of their tasks are complete. No selected Product Backlog item has passed integration, and the last integration attempt failed. A manager asks the Scrum Master to confirm that the Sprint is 80% complete. What is the best response?
