  • Choose VPC, ERP and external connectivity designs from routing and address requirements.
  • Configure network services while respecting listener, gateway and policy scope constraints.
  • Select and refine FNS policies using categories, observed traffic and approved dependencies.
  • Diagnose Flow problems by correlating health, routes, hit logs, audits and AD login evidence.
  • Evaluate version, resource, MTU, traffic-separation and authorization prerequisites.
  • Practice 75-question mixed exams within the published 120-minute time limit.

More about this course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A route can exist while its next hop is unreachable. A VM can carry the right category but sit outside a policy's scope. A healthy gateway can coexist with a failed connection. These practice tests help you distinguish those conditions and choose the next configuration or diagnostic step.

Prepare for the Nutanix Certified Professional – Network & Security (NCP-NS) 7.5 exam, associated with the NCP-NS 7 certification. The questions use the exam blueprint's target versions: Flow Virtual Networking 6.0, Flow Network Security 5.2 and Prism Central 7.3.

Your practice path

The course contains 390 original questions in six tests:

  • 60 FVN configuration questions: VPC boundaries, transit connectivity, NAT and No-NAT, route selection, BGP, floating IPs, load balancing and policy-based routing.
  • 60 FNS configuration questions: secured entities, category intersections, policy types, discovery, shared services, directory integration and lifecycle choices.
  • 60 troubleshooting questions: network and function health, traffic decisions, audit attribution, MTU budgets, NCC evidence and identity categorization.
  • 60 deployment and administration questions: version prerequisites, feature resources, upgrade dependencies, uplink separation and scoped authorization.
  • Two 75-question mock exams, each with a 120-minute limit: mixed single-answer and multiple-answer questions that require applying the rules to supplied conditions.

The four focused sets provide a suggested 100-minute practice window. Use them to learn and review, rather than treating them as replicas of the exam. The two mock exams match the published exam question count and time limit; their domain allocation and question mix are independently designed.

Learn from the decision

Every question includes an explanation for each option, a reasoning summary and a study tip. Selected source links help you return to the relevant official material. Cases distinguish route advertisement from installation, membership from scope, VM power from service health, and current evidence from historical events.

Some exercises provide explicit resource, packet-size or diagnostic values. Use those stated values for the calculation. Synthetic conntrack capacities and alert scenarios are practice inputs, not universal product thresholds.

Use the tests effectively

  1. Start with the focused set closest to your weakest area.
  2. For each missed question, identify the deciding condition and explain why the other options fail.
  3. Review the referenced documentation and, where available, practice in your own supported environment.
  4. Attempt the mixed mocks under the time limit, then revisit the topics behind your mistakes.

An 80% practice target is a study goal. The real exam uses a scaled passing score, so this percentage is not a conversion of the official score or a prediction of passing.

This is an independent practice-test course. It is not produced, endorsed or approved by Nutanix, and it does not contain live exam questions or recalled exam content. Nutanix product and certification names identify the subject of study. AI assisted drafting and visual production; the question content and explanations were checked against the stated-version official sources. No passing outcome is guaranteed.

Choose one answer1 of 3

Several tenants need their own isolated address spaces, while a provider team manages shared northbound routing. Which Flow design best matches these ownership boundaries?

Before you begin

  • Working familiarity with Nutanix AHV, Prism Central, IP networking and basic security policy concepts.
  • Read the current NCP-NS exam blueprint and target-version official documentation alongside these tests.
  • An optional supported lab is useful for hands-on practice but is not required to answer the supplied scenarios.

Who this is for

  • Administrators preparing for the Nutanix NCP-NS 7.5 exam.
  • Network and security practitioners working with Nutanix Flow Virtual Networking and Flow Network Security.
  • Learners who need practice interpreting configuration constraints and troubleshooting evidence.
