More about this course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Turn module knowledge into procurement decisions. This English practice collection contains 320 original questions across six tests, covering Innovation in Procurement and Supply (L6M8) in the CIPS Level 6 Professional Diploma. The scope follows the February 2026 syllabus guide, which retains the existing L6M8 elective content.

Practice choosing between plausible alternatives: when to involve suppliers, which digital channel fits the purchasing task, whether a process improvement delivers usable value, and how environmental evidence changes a sourcing decision. Questions combine single-answer and explicitly labelled multiple-answer formats. Every option has feedback, and each question includes an overall explanation and a focused review suggestion.

Start with four focused tests

  • Supplier development and collaborative design — 50 questions
  • Digital procurement and decision support — 50 questions
  • Improvement tools, business continuity and innovation incentives — 50 questions
  • Environmental design and green procurement — 50 questions

The focused tests use a 75-minute study allowance. Review the explanation after an error, identify the condition you missed, and return to the relevant official learning material.

Apply the knowledge in two timed mixed papers

Each mixed paper contains 60 questions with a 90-minute allowance: 35 standalone decisions, two original short cases with ten decisions each, and a final five-question case. The second paper changes evidence, permissions, capacity or operating conditions so a previous answer cannot simply be carried forward.

These papers adapt objective-response practice to Udemy's single- and multiple-answer tools. They do not reproduce official matching or drag-and-drop grids, official scenario mark allocation, or the TestReach interface. Questions receive equal weight here; the 70% threshold is a practice setting. Results do not guarantee an examination pass.

Learn to connect the three module themes

Compare cross-functional requirements, concurrent engineering, supplier collaboration, technology transfer and relationship assessment. Select and evaluate e-catalogues, e-sourcing, e-auctions, purchase-to-pay, data integration, cloud and mobile working, and AI-supported analysis. Apply TQM, statistics, JIT, lean, BPR, ERP, database controls, continuity plans and innovation incentives. Evaluate life-cycle boundaries, disassembly, materials, environmental management, sustainable procurement, carbon, waste, water and biodiversity.

Standard-related questions distinguish current ISO 14001:2026 environmental management from ISO 20400:2017 sustainable procurement guidance. They use public conceptual information and do not teach paid standard clauses or assume a universal certificate transition deadline.

This is a practice-test collection, intended to complement study of the official syllabus and learning resources. It does not include video lessons, official examination questions or a professional accreditation. It is an independent resource and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CIPS.

AI use: AI-assisted drafting was used to develop these original materials. The local production review checked questions, answer explanations, calculations and source alignment; this statement does not claim independent human expert approval. Any later publication remains subject to the course owner's final review.
