More about this course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Turn a plausible AI answer into a business result you can evaluate. These AB-730 practice tests help you decide which Copilot experience fits a task, choose useful context, write reusable prompts, and check whether a generated report, meeting summary or delegated workflow actually meets its goal.

Version focus: This course follows the published English outline effective October 20, 2026. It includes the four-domain structure and the new emphasis on prebuilt agents and Microsoft Copilot Cowork. It is not presented as an equivalent practice bank for the earlier three-domain outline. Check the exam version that applies to your planned test date.

Six tests with a clear learning path

  • Fundamentals: permissions, grounding, source authority, inaccuracies, prompt injection and responsible data handling.
  • Prompts and chats: effective requests, saving, sharing, scheduling, refinement, personalization and focused Notebooks.
  • Content and collaboration: connected sources, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, visuals, meeting preparation, Facilitator, catchup, intelligent recap and Copilot Pages.
  • Agents and Cowork: selecting a suitable assistant, using specialized skills, bounded delegation, progress and output review, approvals and recurring tasks.
  • Mixed timed practice 1: applying business constraints and checking evidence across all four domains.
  • Mixed timed practice 2: diagnosing changed conditions, missing evidence and incomplete workflow results.

The first four tests contain 64 questions each. The two mixed tests contain 40 questions each and allow 45 minutes, matching Microsoft's published assessment duration. Their question count and single-select or multiple-select formats are course design choices: Microsoft does not publish a fixed AB-730 question count or format allocation on the official pages used for this course. Each mixed test follows the published domain-weight ranges. The 80% practice target is a learning goal, not a conversion of Microsoft's 700 scaled passing score.

Every question includes an overall explanation, feedback for each option and a focused study suggestion with official resources. Work through a specialist test in short sessions, explain why the alternatives fail, then attempt a mixed test without checking the feedback first. Afterward, revisit questions where you missed a source boundary, decision condition or workflow dependency.

This is an independent practice course with original hypothetical business scenarios. It does not contain confidential exam questions, promise a passing result or claim Microsoft endorsement. Product availability can vary by license, organizational settings and rollout. The practice questions require no paid tenant access; using the real tools separately can deepen your learning.
