More about this course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A GA4 report can show fewer users, an unexpected channel or a missing field for several different reasons. Choosing the right explanation requires more than remembering a menu name. These 324 original practice questions help you distinguish collection defects from reporting definitions, permissions, privacy controls and integration limits.

The course supports preparation for the current Google Analytics Certification learning scope and practical GA4 decision making. It uses the public 2026 Skillshop certification abilities and recommended learning activities, with current Google documentation checked on October 13, 2026. It is an independent practice resource and is not sponsored, endorsed or approved by Google.

Your practice path

  • Test 1 — Foundations and setup: business goals, accounts, properties, web and app streams, debugging, custom definitions and key events.
  • Test 2 — Reports and troubleshooting: acquisition scope, engagement, comparisons, explorations, event rules, retention and attribution.
  • Test 3 — Journeys and marketing: funnels, paths, segments, audiences, report customization, Ads links, campaign tagging and budgeting insights.
  • Test 4 — Privacy and integrations: consent, modeling, Search Console, imports, BigQuery, APIs and Analytics 360 resource boundaries.
  • Tests 5 and 6 — Mixed readiness practice: combine conditions from several areas to diagnose data differences and choose a supported next step.

Each test contains 54 questions, with single-answer questions and clearly labeled select-two questions where used. Every question includes feedback for every option, an overall explanation, a study tip and official reference links. Scenarios include small calculations, event sequences, permission constraints, collection-versus-reporting decisions and export-grain mistakes.

How to use the questions

  1. Complete the four focused tests first. Explain your choice before reading the feedback.
  2. Review every incorrect option and identify the mistake: scope, timing, identity, permission, data quality or unsupported capability.
  3. Use the study tip and official reference to repair that specific gap.
  4. Attempt the mixed tests, then revisit questions you answered correctly for the wrong reason.

The 85-minute limit and 75% practice target on each test are author-defined training settings. These mixed tests do not claim to reproduce Google's official assessment format, timing, score requirements or question distribution. They contain no recalled live-exam questions and make no pass guarantee.

This is a practice-question course. The official free learning materials provide the instructional foundation; these exercises add structured retrieval, applied decisions and explanations. Access to a real GA4 property can help you explore the concepts, but you can answer the questions without a paid Analytics 360 account or a paid cloud deployment. Screens, availability and limits can evolve, so use the linked current documentation when applying a concept.
