  • Diagnose route selection using prefix length, administrative distance and protocol-specific metrics.
  • Evaluate route maps, redistribution, loop prevention, summarization, PBR and VRF-Lite behavior.
  • Troubleshoot dual-stack EIGRP, OSPF and BGP neighbors, policies and path preference.
  • Separate MPLS transport and VPN membership from DMVPN NHRP, routing and IPsec faults.
  • Apply AAA, ACL, uRPF, CoPP and IPv6 first-hop security decisions to concrete evidence.
  • Interpret management, DHCP, IP SLA, NetFlow and Catalyst Center Assurance signals during troubleshooting.

More about this course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

An established neighbor is not proof that a prefix is usable. A working NHRP registration does not prove that routing, direct spoke forwarding and IPsec are all healthy. These practice tests help you separate those layers and make an evidence-based decision before changing an enterprise network.

Prepare for the 300-410 ENARSI v1.1 scope through 320 original questions in six tests. The emphasis is advanced routing and troubleshooting: administrative distance, route maps, redistribution, summarization, policy-based routing, VRF-Lite, EIGRP, OSPF and BGP. You will also examine MPLS Layer 3 VPNs, single-hub DMVPN, infrastructure security and the services used to operate and investigate a network.

A focused study path

  • Advanced Routing: 80 questions on policy, dual-stack neighbors, route selection and failure recovery.
  • VPN Troubleshooting: 40 questions on MPLS transport, VPN membership, GRE, NHRP and IPsec.
  • Infrastructure Security: 40 questions on AAA, IPv4/IPv6 ACLs, uRPF, CoPP and IPv6 first-hop protection.
  • Infrastructure Services: 40 questions on device management, SNMP, logging, DHCP, IP SLA, NetFlow and Catalyst Center Assurance.
  • Two mixed assessments: 60 questions each, with 90 minutes and a 35%/20%/20%/25% domain distribution.

Every question includes feedback for each option, an overall explanation and a targeted study tip. Work through the focused tests first. For each error, identify the decisive observation, explain why the closest alternative fails, and then change one condition to test whether your reasoning still holds.

The mixed assessments combine configuration excerpts, route and packet evidence, policy boundaries and verification choices. Their 60-question length and 80% study target are author-defined. Cisco's fixed question count and passing score are not claimed here. The 90-minute duration follows the public ENARSI exam duration.

This is a single-select and multiple-select knowledge practice course. It does not include an interactive terminal, drag-and-drop tasks or a lab simulator. Continue hands-on practice with appropriate Cisco equipment or an authorized lab environment for the exam's configuration and troubleshooting demands.

This independent course is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cisco. It contains original practice material rather than confidential exam questions.

A router learns 10.44.0.0/16 through internal EIGRP (AD 90, metric 8000) and OSPF (AD 110, cost 5). Both next hops are reachable. With default distances, which route enters the RIB?

Before you begin

  • Working knowledge of IPv4/IPv6 addressing and routing at CCNA or comparable level.
  • Familiarity with Cisco IOS/IOS XE configuration and show-command output.
  • Willingness to reason through each option and continue practical configuration work in a suitable lab.

Who this is for

  • CCNP Enterprise candidates preparing for the 300-410 ENARSI v1.1 concentration exam.
  • Network engineers strengthening advanced routing and infrastructure troubleshooting decisions.
  • Learners who have core networking knowledge and want focused explanations for common failure boundaries.
