  • Select collaboration designs using service ownership, redundancy, capacity, recovery and security constraints.
  • Interpret SIP transactions, SDP directions, codec negotiation and telephone-event delivery.
  • Resolve CUCM routing using reachable partitions, CSS order, pattern specificity and transformation stages.
  • Diagnose Unity, directory and administrative API issues using the function and evidence that actually fail.
  • Read IOS XE dial-peer, translation, tenant, SIP-profile and media-resource decisions in their correct call-leg context.
  • Apply Webex Calling routing, permissions, operating modes and number-provisioning concepts.
  • Distinguish cloud meeting, messaging, identity, API and hybrid-service controls.
  • Analyze media loss, delay, jitter and QoS classification, marking, queue and policing behavior.

More about this course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Knowing a feature name is only the start. In collaboration operations, you must decide which calling search space applies, which call leg needs a translation, what an SDP field means, and whether a cloud routing result actually proves media reachability.

This English practice-test course contains 360 original single-answer questions in six tests, aligned to the 350-801 CLCOR v2.0 blueprint effective February 3, 2026. Each question includes a correct-answer explanation, feedback for every option, and a focused study tip. AI tools assisted question creation and the cover background; the material was checked against vendor documentation and reviewed for question clarity and answer consistency.

Build skills in four focused tests

  • Infrastructure, Security, Endpoints and SIP: design dependencies, high availability and recovery, SSO, certificates, registration, SIP transactions and SDP.
  • CUCM Routing, Unity and Administrative APIs: partitions and CSS, route groups and lists, transformations, scheduled routing, FAC, Unity integration, AXL/RIS and directory access.
  • CUBE, Voice Gateways, Media and QoS: call legs, dial peers, IOS XE translations, SIP profiles and tenants, media resources, troubleshooting and queue behavior.
  • Webex Calling, Meetings and Hybrid Services: operating modes, cloud dial plans and permissions, meetings and messaging controls, OAuth and webhooks, identity lifecycle, CCUC, Hybrid Calendar and Video Mesh.

Check your understanding in two mixed assessments

Each mixed test contains 60 questions across the six domains, with the official domain weights represented as 9, 6, 18, 6, 15 and 6 questions. Both use a 120-minute timer matching Cisco's published exam duration. The focused tests use 90-minute practice timers.

The 60-question length and 80% passing target are course learning settings. They do not claim to reproduce a fixed Cisco exam question count, Cisco scoring, or an exam pass prediction.

Use the feedback to improve decisions

Start with the focused tests, explain why the other options fail under the stated conditions, and follow the study tips for weak areas. Then take a mixed assessment under its timer and revisit missed topics before attempting the second one.

Questions use scenarios, short configuration fragments, signaling fields and explicit bandwidth models. This is a practice-question course; it does not include video lectures, a lab environment, a device emulator or a promise of hands-on proficiency. Existing networking and collaboration study will help you use it effectively.

This is independent exam preparation from BrightRung Learning, not sponsored, approved or endorsed by Cisco. The course uses original practice questions, not actual exam questions or exam dumps. Cisco product and certification names identify the relevant study scope. No certification, score or pass result is guaranteed.
