Check the provider’s current objectives before booking your exam. This is independent practice material.

  • Diagnose Dispatcher filtering, cache eligibility and invalidation without confusing their separate controls.
  • Configure tenant boundaries, SAML/LDAP, replication, editable templates and Content Fragment Models.
  • Choose AEM component, model-export and HTL designs that fit the required authoring and delivery behavior.
  • Diagnose mock fixtures, API failures, OSGi satisfaction, servlet resolution and JCR query constraints.
  • Evaluate dependencies, archetype parameters, run modes, workflow revisions and Oak index requirements.
  • Select release, package-import, recovery and maintenance actions from the affected state and available evidence.

More about this course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

An AEM feature can work on author and fail on publish. A model can adapt in HTL and fail during JSON export. A green build can still leave a required index unready. Preparing for Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer Expert (AD0-E137) means recognizing which boundary has failed and choosing a correction that fits the deployment and the evidence.

These 360 original practice questions in six tests help you move from identifying a setting to explaining why it applies. Each question includes feedback for every option, an overall explanation, a focused review tip and source links for further reading. The questions cover the 20 objectives in the current certification listing, checked on October 14, 2026.

Four focused tests

  • Configurations — 70 questions: Dispatcher admission and caching, multi-tenant ownership and shared resources, SAML and LDAP, replication, editable templates and Content Fragment Models.
  • AEM Development — 90 questions: existing SPA structures, Sling Model Exporter, HTL and Core Component customization, mock fixtures, external APIs, OSGi services, servlets and JCR queries.
  • Build and Deployment — 60 questions: frontend and backend dependencies, Maven archetype parameters, classic and cloud configuration, workflows and custom Oak indexes.
  • Environment Maintenance — 40 questions: effective configuration, release and recovery scope, Package Manager behavior and diagnostic or cleanup tools.

Two timed comprehensive tests

Each comprehensive test contains 50 questions with a 100-minute allowance. They mix the four domains using rounded allocations based on the published weights: Configurations 24%, AEM Development 33%, Build and Deployment 25%, and Environment Maintenance 18%. Their scenarios change the deciding conditions: successful authentication with missing group assignment, valid JSON blocked at the public boundary, or an index that is selected but no longer progressing.

The 100-minute allowance follows Adobe's published time limit. The 50-question practice length is our course design, not a claim about a separately confirmed scored or unscored exam-item count. All six tests use a 70% practice feedback threshold; Adobe publishes its passing score as 32/50, and this course threshold is not a conversion of that score or a readiness guarantee.

Use explanations to repair the reasoning

  1. Work through the focused test for your weakest domain.
  2. For each missed question, identify the decisive evidence before reading the feedback.
  3. Compare the tempting alternative with the stated requirement, then follow the review tip or source link.
  4. Attempt a comprehensive test under its time limit and revisit the reasoning behind both correct and incorrect choices.

Questions distinguish AEM 6.5 mechanisms from AEM as a Cloud Service where that difference matters. SPA Editor questions address existing projects within the published objective; they do not recommend it for new projects. Both single-select and explicitly counted multiple-select questions are included.

This is an independent practice course, not an Adobe exam, official question bank or exam dump. It does not include an AEM environment, implementation labs or the certification exam fee. Practice scores cannot guarantee certification success; use the explanations alongside documentation and practical AEM experience.

A Dispatcher allow rule permits GET HTML under /content/site. A later matching rule denies selector infinity. What happens to /content/site/home.infinity.html?

Before you begin

  • Familiarity with AEM Sites development, Java, HTL, Maven, OSGi and the JCR repository.
  • Practical AEM experience is recommended; Adobe recommends at least 12 months for the certification.
  • Ability to distinguish AEM 6.5 deployments from AEM as a Cloud Service. An AEM installation is not required to take these tests.

Who this is for

  • AEM Sites developers preparing for the Adobe AD0-E137 Sites Developer Expert certification.
  • Developers who want to check their reasoning about component behavior, configuration and release diagnostics.
  • Experienced AEM practitioners who need targeted review before attempting a timed comprehensive practice test.
