Website enrollment

BrightRung website checkout has not launched and we are not accepting website orders. Direct-sale refund, cancellation and access conditions will be presented before orders open. No future website refund entitlement should be inferred from another platform’s policy.

Existing Udemy purchases

Udemy processes purchases made on its platform and administers its refund and cancellation policies. Sign in to the purchasing account and follow the current instructions in Purchase history or Udemy Support. Subscription and app-store purchases may have different rules. Contacting BrightRung does not cancel a Udemy subscription.

A content or access issue

Contact [email protected] with the course link and a description. We can investigate our content and website; payment providers and external platforms handle their own transactions. This page does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply.
