Privacy Policy

How BrightRung Learning handles website, account and learning information. Updated 29 October 2026.

Operator and contact

Zhiren Digital LLC operates BrightRung Learning. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].

Browsing and public previews

Our server and Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request details and security logs to deliver and protect the website and investigate faults. Three-question public previews run in your browser; their answers and score are not sent to our server and disappear when the page is closed. Public guides and previews do not require an account.

Accounts and learning records

If you register, we store the account information you provide, such as username, name and email, along with a securely hashed password. For enrolled learning, we store course enrollment, quiz attempts, answers, results and progress so you can continue learning and review performance. Account and learning records are separate from an existing Udemy account.

Cookies and email

Essential cookies support login sessions and website operation. We do not add advertising trackers or optional marketing cookies. System messages, such as password recovery, are delivered through our configured email service; support correspondence is processed through our support mailbox. Email providers process the addressing and message data necessary to transmit and store that correspondence.

Payments and external platforms

Website checkout is not open and we do not currently collect card information or process website orders. Payment-related processing will be explained before checkout launches. Udemy controls purchases and learning on its platform under its own privacy policy. Visiting an external link is subject to that service’s policies.

Purposes, sharing and international processing

We use information to provide accounts and learning, protect the service, respond to requests, maintain records and meet applicable legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, it depends on the purpose and may include providing the requested service, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent where applicable.

We do not sell personal information. Hosting, security and email providers may process it on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to professional advisers where necessary. Providers and support staff may process information outside your country, subject to applicable arrangements and safeguards.

Retention and your choices

We retain account and learning information while needed to provide the account and service, and retain support, security and business records for periods reasonably needed for their purposes, disputes and legal obligations. Encrypted backups may retain earlier copies until replaced under our backup practices.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact us with your request; we may verify that the account belongs to you. You may also contact a competent data-protection authority. Udemy-controlled data should be requested through Udemy.

Security, children and changes

We use HTTPS and restrict administrative access. No system can guarantee absolute security; keep your credentials private. The service is not intended for children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We update this policy when our processing changes and show the current date above.
