SPS / Nexus Practice Tests: Deliver Integrated Product Value
About Course
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
Several teams can finish local work while the combined product still cannot deliver usable value. These Scaled Professional Scrum practice tests help you recognise the integration constraint and choose a Nexus response supported by the actual product state.
Practise value and accountabilities, cross-team refinement and Sprint Planning, then connect daily coordination, stakeholder inspection and improvement with transparent artifacts. Questions distinguish Nexus Integration Team accountability from team execution and a proposed quality rule from an adopted Definition of Done condition.
The 320 questions form four focused 60-question sets and two 40-question, 60-minute mocks. Every option has feedback, an overall explanation and targeted study guidance. Cases separate coordinating a dependency needed tomorrow from redesigning it away next quarter, without treating one action as proof that the other is complete.
Use focused practice to name the integration evidence and decision owner. Explain why each nearby option fails, revisit the relevant Nexus or Scrum Guide section and then attempt a mixed mock. Record guesses as well as errors, especially where your answer assumed a fact the scenario did not supply.
The scope follows the January 2021 Nexus Guide and November 2020 Scrum Guide. Working Scrum knowledge is recommended. The mock length and timing match the published SPS structure, while topic distribution and difficulty are course-designed. This independent written resource is not general SAFe or LeSS preparation, supplies no official assessment items or voucher and does not promise certification. A practice percentage is a revision signal rather than proof of integrated delivery competence.
