Professional Scrum with Kanban PSK I: Applied Practice Tests

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Before counting work in progress, decide where work starts and finishes. Before promising a delivery date, check what the historical sample represents. These tests help you apply Kanban practices to Scrum with those conditions made explicit.

Prepare for Professional Scrum with Kanban, PSK I, using the November 2020 Scrum Guide and January 2021 Kanban Guide for Scrum Teams.

Read the workflow before interpreting the metric

Questions cover Scrum integrity, visualisation, explicit policies, pull, WIP limits, blockers, work item age, service level expectations and empirical forecasting. Scenarios ask you to count started but unfinished work using the stated boundary and choose action from the item and capacity evidence.

Every option includes feedback, an overall explanation and study suggestion. You can examine why items already in coding remain part of WIP when the start is refinement entry, and why a transparent board and continuous delivery do not replace the Sprint.

The 360 original questions comprise four focused tests of 65, 65, 70 and 70 questions, followed by two 45-question, 60-minute mocks. Single-answer, multiple-answer and true/false questions are included, with an 85% practice threshold.

Turn the result into a workflow question

Complete the focused tests in sequence. For each error, record the start or finish rule, population, time unit or Scrum requirement you overlooked. Review the relevant guide section and explain what a changed boundary would do to the conclusion. Then attempt the mixed mocks in one sitting.

Detailed official topic weights are not published; the distribution here is independently designed. Practice results are revision signals, rather than predictions of an official score.

Basic Scrum knowledge and simple arithmetic are expected. No specialist software is needed. This independent course contains tests and feedback, without video lessons, an examination voucher, certification or provider endorsement. It does not supply recalled examination questions or guarantee passing.

What Will You Learn?

  • Apply Kanban practices while preserving Scrum accountabilities, events, artifacts and commitments.
  • Define meaningful workflow units, start and finish points, states and explicit policies.
  • Distinguish observed WIP from limits and evaluate local and global capacity together.
  • Respond to queued, blocked and aging work using feasible actions and Sprint Goal context.
  • Interpret cycle time, work item age, throughput, SLEs and Little's Law with consistent units and boundaries.
  • Evaluate historical data and probabilistic delivery claims without treating averages as guarantees.
  • Prepare with focused practice and two timed 45-question PSK I structure mocks.
