PSF Skills / PSFS Tests: Facilitate Scrum Decisions Clearly

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A collaborative-sounding discussion can still leave concerns hidden or an action impossible to carry out. These Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills practice tests help you choose an intervention from the group's purpose, understanding, access and decision boundary.

Practise facilitation principles, Scrum Values and facilitator stance, then distinguish clarification, independent input, sense-making and convergence. Technique questions compare purpose, constraints and expected outputs. Scrum-event and refinement scenarios preserve team ownership instead of allowing the facilitator to substitute a preferred answer.

The 320 questions comprise four focused 70-question sets and two 20-question, 30-minute mocks. Every option has feedback, with an overall explanation and study tip. Cases ask you to adapt a legitimate reflection request to the available time while retaining the agreed decision check, rather than abandon either participation or the constraint.

Work through focused practice, name the need the intervention addresses and explain why the closest alternative solves a different problem. Revisit the relevant public facilitation material before attempting a mixed mock and review correct guesses alongside errors.

The assessment is currently styled PSF Skills and is also known as PSFS. Basic Scrum knowledge and the November 2020 Guide are recommended. The longer focused sets are learning allowances, not official assessment-length replicas; the 85% checkpoint does not predict certification. This independent resource follows facilitation focus areas rather than a substitute PSM or PAL syllabus, includes no voucher or official exam items and complements practical experience rather than proving facilitation skill by score alone.
