PAL I Practice Tests: Lead Agile Decisions with Evidence
About Course
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
Leadership pressure can make a fast answer look more attractive than an informed one. These Professional Agile Leadership I practice tests help you decide who remains accountable, which constraint matters and what the available evidence supports.
Practise Scrum empiricism, values, accountabilities and events, then examine self-management, facilitation and leadership responses. Product scenarios connect vision, forecasts, stakeholder requests and emergent delivery. Organisational questions distinguish output, current or unrealised value, responsiveness and the ability to innovate.
The 300 questions form four focused 57-question sets and two 36-question, 60-minute mocks. Each option has feedback, an overall explanation and a study tip. Cases ask you to investigate inconsistent pilot and replication results rather than automatically discard one observation or average their headlines.
Use focused practice to explain the decision in your own words. Identify the evidence or authority missing from your chosen option, revisit the relevant concept and then attempt a mixed mock without feedback. Review correct guesses as carefully as mistakes.
The reference basis is the November 2020 Scrum Guide and current PAL I focus areas recorded for this course; the May 2024 EBM Guide supports measurement topics without turning it into PAL-EBM preparation. Basic Scrum knowledge is recommended. Focused timing and topic allocation are author-designed, and the 85% checkpoint does not predict an official result. This independent resource provides written practice, not a video curriculum, certification voucher or official assessment questions, and it does not guarantee passing.
