About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

An SSO destination is not necessarily its audience identity, and authenticating a user does not settle what the application may access. These Salesforce Platform Identity and Access Management Architect practice tests help you trace the trust and authorisation boundary behind a design.

Practise inbound SSO and user mapping, provisioning, OAuth flows and app policies. Access-governance questions connect MFA, session assurance, permissions, auditing and credential revocation. Customer and partner scenarios examine licensing, relationships and login experiences rather than applying an internal-user assumption to every identity.

The 300 questions comprise four focused sets and two 60-question, 120-minute mocks. Each option has feedback, a reasoning summary and a study tip. Protocol cases distinguish an issuer, configured Entity ID, browser endpoint and user-correlation field so that a repair addresses the failed check.

Use focused practice to identify the party, token and lifecycle state. Revisit the relevant documentation after errors and guesses, change one condition to test your understanding and then attempt a mixed mock.

The guide recorded for this resource retains Summer '23; current deployment notes are separate, including Connected App creation restrictions, Embedded Login defaults and subscription-linked Identity Connect retirement. Salesforce and enterprise-identity familiarity are recommended. This independent resource supplies written reasoning, not live-org labs. Mocks use a 65% benchmark and focused sets 80%; undisclosed unscored items are not reproduced. The course is not official Salesforce training and does not guarantee certification or an examination result.

What Will You Learn?

  • Distinguish SAML, OAuth, OIDC and delegated authentication by their identity and authorization roles.
  • Diagnose Salesforce SSO failures using issuer, audience, recipient, signature and user-mapping evidence.
  • Select provisioning and reconciliation approaches for joiners, movers, leavers and customer registration.
  • Choose OAuth flows and app policies while controlling scopes, credentials, renewal and revocation.
  • Apply MFA, session assurance, permission and audit controls to architecture requirements.
  • Evaluate customer and partner relationships, external licensing and current login-experience limitations.
