PMP July 2026: Project Decision Practice Tests

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Shipping every feature may still leave the intended customer outcome undefined. A pilot may improve one measure while leaving a required safety condition untested. Practise deciding what evidence or agreement is needed before recommending the next action.

These tests prepare you for the PMP Examination Content Outline effective July 9, 2026, across People, Process and Business Environment.

Connect delivery actions to the approved outcome

Questions use predictive, adaptive and hybrid settings to examine leadership, stakeholder engagement, integrated controls, governance, change and business value. AI and sustainability appear where they affect the project decision.

Feedback for every option explains which requirement an action satisfies or overlooks, with an overall rationale and review prompt. You will distinguish a proposed tactic from an agreed vision and a useful metric from evidence that all required outcomes have been achieved.

The 720 original questions form three focused tests of 120, 140 and 100 questions, followed by two 180-question, 240-minute mixed mocks. The July 2026 domain weights are People 33%, Process 41% and Business Environment 26%.

Review the decisive constraint

Complete a focused test first. For each error, record the approved outcome, authority, affected people, available evidence or consequence of waiting that changes the answer. Read feedback on your chosen alternative, then revisit that task before using the mixed mocks to switch between delivery approaches.

The 80% review target is an author-set study signal, not PMI's passing score. Mock length and timing support pacing; selection-based practice does not reproduce every computer-based interaction, the official unscored-item allocation or the two scheduled breaks and section controls.

Prior study of project management and the current PMP outline is recommended. This is independent revision practice, not a PMI-endorsed course or official question bank. It does not award PMP application training hours or PDUs and does not guarantee an exam outcome.

What Will You Learn?

  • Interpret the approved project outcome and adapt team decisions when evidence, assumptions, or stakeholder needs change.
  • Choose proportionate actions for team conflict, leadership, engagement, knowledge transfer, and communication.
  • Distinguish delivery progress from benefits, value, acceptance, and operational readiness.
  • Reason through scope, schedule, cost, quality, procurement, and risk decisions under stated governance constraints.
  • Assess compliance, organizational change, sustainability, and external influences without bypassing decision authority.
  • Compare predictive, adaptive, and hybrid approaches using project uncertainty and delivery conditions.
  • Explain why a plausible alternative fails the specific case rather than memorizing a process slogan.
