PMI-ACP Practice Tests: Choose Agile Actions from Evidence

Share

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

When priorities change or work stops flowing, several agile actions can sound sensible. These PMI Agile Certified Practitioner practice tests help you choose the next step by identifying the outcome, constraint and evidence that remain unresolved.

Practise experimentation and collaboration, empowerment and shared purpose, backlog and product value, and delivery flow. Scenarios distinguish coaching, facilitation and escalation, examine cross-team dependencies and compare increments, risk, metrics and waste. Framework-specific assumptions are stated rather than treating PMI-ACP as Scrum-only preparation.

The 336 questions comprise four focused 24-question sets and two 120-question, 180-minute mocks. Every alternative has feedback, with an overall explanation and study guidance. Cases ask you to test the remaining behavioural assumption, such as dispatchers' trust in a validated model, instead of repeating an accuracy test that answers a different question.

Use focused practice to record the condition you missed. Revisit the corresponding principle, explain why the nearest alternative would suit another situation and then attempt a full mock before viewing its answers.

The scope is the current four-domain ECO recorded in the March 2026 revision. Basic agile, Scrum, Kanban and Lean knowledge is recommended. This independent resource uses selected-response exercises and does not reproduce official drag-and-drop, exhibits or navigation. All practice items count, whereas the exam includes pretest items. Course thresholds are study targets, not PMI's official passing score. The tests provide neither application eligibility nor formal training hours and do not guarantee a result.
