About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A PMS recommendation needs to fit the client's circumstances, not merely a favourable return figure. These NISM-Series-XXI-A Portfolio Management Services Distributors practice tests help you connect the mandate, disclosures, costs and performance evidence behind a distribution decision.

Evaluate the service and the responsibility

Practise investment objectives, securities markets, equity, fixed income, derivatives and collective investment vehicles. PMS scenarios distinguish discretionary, non-discretionary and advisory roles, then connect onboarding, portfolio construction, rebalancing, high-water marks, taxation and distributor conduct with the stated client need.

Every option has feedback, with an overall explanation and study guidance. Use these to distinguish recurring spendable income from growth in sale value, portfolio performance from cash-flow effects, and a complete disclosure from a headline product claim. Review the condition that excludes the nearest alternative before repeating a question.

The 320 questions comprise four focused 30-question sets and two 100-question mocks with 120-minute timers. Begin with a weak topic, examine missed and guessed answers, then attempt a full mock without notes.

The course follows the revised XXI-A structure effective March 2025. For an exam-style self-check, calculate correct answers minus 0.1 times incorrect answers; blanks score zero. the practice platform’s displayed percentage omits that penalty and is not an official result. Basic investment knowledge and a calculator are recommended. These independent English educational scenarios are not personal investment or tax advice and do not establish official exam-language availability. No official examination questions or NISM endorsement are included.
