About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A commitment is not paid-in capital, and a fund's return is not automatically an investor's return. These NISM-Series-XIX-C Alternative Investment Fund Managers practice tests help you apply fund terms, cash-flow assumptions and regulatory conditions together.

Interpret the economics and the structure

Practise investment foundations, fund categories, pooling structures, fees, hurdles, high-water marks, waterfalls and benchmarks. Strategy and governance questions connect diligence, documents, service-provider responsibilities, valuation, exits, taxation and the Indian AIF framework. Calculations state the return, timing and fee basis required for the comparison.

Each answer choice has feedback, with an overall explanation and study prompt. Use these to separate fund-level and investor-level outcomes, check a negotiated right against the structure, and identify which assumption makes an otherwise plausible calculation inappropriate.

The 400 questions comprise four topic sets and one 120-question mock with a 180-minute timer. Review a weak topic, then take the mock in order: 90 standalone questions followed by six five-question cases.

For manual exam-style scoring, use standalone correct minus 0.25 times standalone incorrect, plus twice case correct minus 0.5 times case incorrect; blanks score zero. Compare with 90/150. the practice platform’s equal-item percentage and displayed mock threshold do not reproduce weighted negative marking.

The scope uses the March 2026 workbook applicable from April 21, 2026. Check each question's dated legal and tax basis; later amendments are not silently substituted. Investment foundations and a calculator are recommended. This independent educational resource provides no personal financial advice, official examination questions or NISM endorsement.
