Juniper JNCIA-Cloud JN0-214: Applied Practice Tests

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A running VM does not prove application reachability. A valid template does not prove resources were created. Prepare for Juniper JNCIA-Cloud, JN0-214, by distinguishing cloud, virtual-network and orchestration responsibilities at the stage where the evidence points.

Connect the cloud layers

Practice deployment and service models, NFV and SDN, virtual network types and tunnelling, Linux virtualization, VMs and containers. OpenStack scenarios cover instances, Heat, Horizon, networking and security groups; Kubernetes and OpenShift questions examine objects, namespaces, CNI and documented installation roles.

The 312 original questions include four focused sets and two 65-question, 90-minute mocks. Each single-answer item provides option feedback, an overall explanation and a study tip.

Check the current architecture, not its history

Identify which control plane owns the requested function, what a configuration fragment changes, and which observation would verify the result. Distinguish exclusive organizational cloud use from off-site ownership, or a formerly hybrid deployment from the resources that remain active.

Basic IP networking, Linux processes and command notation are recommended. No cloud account or paid lab is required.

The scope uses the JN0-214 baselines: Contrail 22.4, OpenStack Zed, Kubernetes 1.24 and OpenShift 4.10. Mock topic allocations and the 80% study target are course choices, not published official weights or a passing score. This question-based resource has no hosted lab and no Juniper or HPE endorsement.

What Will You Learn?

  • Distinguish cloud deployment/service models and choose appropriate automation and scaling approaches.
  • Separate NFVI, VNF lifecycle management, SDN control, configuration and distributed forwarding responsibilities.
  • Trace virtual-network traffic through underlays, overlays, MPLS tunnels, VXLAN/EVPN and Geneve.
  • Compare Linux namespaces, resource limits, hypervisors, KVM/QEMU, VMs and Docker container lifecycles.
  • Interpret OpenStack launch inputs, HOT functions, Horizon workflows, ML2 drivers and security-group rules.
  • Diagnose Kubernetes and OpenShift resource, networking, rollout and version-specific installation scenarios.
