About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A component can be deployed without being released to users, and a change coordinator can communicate an approval without owning the authority to grant it. These ITIL 4 Plan, Implement and Control practice tests help you apply such distinctions across the five PIC practices.

Choose the contribution that meets the requirement

Practise IT asset management, change enablement, deployment management, release management and service configuration management. Cases connect lifecycle control, models and schedules, supplier involvement, deployment evidence, user availability and configuration information. Questions ask whether a proposed tool or activity resolves the information, coordination or control problem actually described.

Every option has feedback, with overall reasoning and a study suggestion. If a service requires recovery within two hours, for example, the cheapest asset option is not relevant unless it meets that condition. Use the explanations to identify the requirement that must be satisfied before comparing costs or convenience.

The 360 questions comprise four targeted 60-question practice sets and two 60-question mocks with 90-minute timers. Each draws across the five practices. Review a weak responsibility or activity boundary, then attempt a mixed mock without notes and revisit uncertain answers.

This is supplementary written preparation for ITIL 4 PIC, using the stated Candidate Syllabus v1.2. It does not target Version 5 or provide accredited training, an exam voucher or eligibility. Existing service-management knowledge is recommended. The 65% setting provides study feedback, not an official result. This independent resource contains no official examination questions or PeopleCert endorsement.
