ITIL 4 DSV Practice Tests: Customer Journey Decisions

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Fast ticket resolution can coexist with repeated customer effort at every handoff. A technically successful service can still deliver a poor journey. Prepare for ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value, DSV, by examining the experience and value beyond an individual team's target.

Follow the journey before, during and after use

Practice markets and stakeholder needs, relationship development, demand and offerings, agreements, onboarding and offboarding, consumption and value realization. Questions distinguish a request from an underlying need and a local service measure from the combined experience.

The 320 original questions include four 60-question focused tests and two 40-question, 90-minute mocks. The mocks use the published grouped syllabus allocation, while focused-test timers provide a learning pace.

Explain the condition behind the response

Every question includes option feedback, an explanation and a study suggestion. Identify which stakeholder, touchpoint, requirement or evidence the proposed action addresses. After reviewing a mistake, explain why the nearest alternative would leave the stated customer problem unresolved.

ITIL Foundation knowledge and prior DSV learning are recommended. Use your official or accredited materials to investigate a gap before a closed-book mock attempt.

The 70% practice benchmark reflects 28 out of 40 but does not predict an official result. This resource covers ITIL 4 DSV, not an ITIL Version 5 bridge. It does not replace prerequisite qualifications or accredited training or official eLearning, and includes no voucher. This independent course has no PeopleCert endorsement.
