ITIL 4 DPI Practice Tests: Direct Improvement with Evidence

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

An improvement is useful when it advances an agreed outcome, not simply because it introduces a new method. These ITIL 4 Strategist Direct, Plan and Improve practice tests help you decide who should act, what evidence is needed and how the proposed change supports the organisation.

Practise direction, planning, governance and decision authority, then compare assessment methods and improvement priorities. Communication and measurement questions connect stakeholder needs, feedback and adoption with meaningful objectives. Value-stream scenarios ask you to examine the end-to-end flow instead of optimising a local activity without checking the result.

The 320 questions form four focused 60-question sets and two 40-question, 90-minute mocks. Feedback for every alternative, an overall explanation and study tips help you distinguish an operating model from a mission, direction or transition plan.

Complete focused practice first, explain the condition that rules out the nearest option and revisit the related official learning material. Then attempt a mock closed book and use mistakes and guesses to guide further revision.

The scope is ITIL 4 DPI, not Version 5 or a bridge exam. The retirement plan recorded in October 2026 sets December 31, 2027 for ITIL 4 modules; check current booking rules. Exam eligibility requires the applicable prior qualification and accredited training or official eLearning, which this independent practice course does not provide. Its 70% checkpoint is not a result guarantee. ITIL is a registered trademark of PeopleCert; this course is not accredited or endorsed by PeopleCert.
