About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A contract review can finish without restoring stakeholder understanding. An improving count can conceal a worsening rate—or the reverse. Prepare for ITIL 4 Specialist: Collaborate, Assure and Improve, CAI, by connecting the practice's purpose with the responsibility and evidence in the scenario.

Apply the five practices together

Practice Relationship Management, Supplier Management, Service Level Management, Continual Improvement and Information Security Management. Questions ask how processes, roles, tools, automation and external support contribute to an appropriate service-value-stream outcome.

The 360 original four-option questions include four 60-question study sets and two 60-question, 90-minute mocks. Each mock allocates 12 questions to each practice and uses a 65% study threshold corresponding to 39 out of 60.

Examine the alternative's actual contribution

Every question includes feedback for each option, an overall explanation and a study tip. Distinguish a commercial output from an improved relationship, or an increased incident count from a rate based on a changed population. Review the condition that makes an action suitable before repeating a question.

ITIL Foundation concepts, prior CAI study and access to official learning materials are recommended. The focused sets use 120-minute learning allowances rather than official exam timing.

This independent resource is not accredited training and does not satisfy the required official or accredited-learning route. PeopleCert's qualification prerequisites and training conditions still apply. The course targets ITIL 4 CAI, without Version 5 bridge coverage or an exam voucher; check current availability and eligibility before booking. It has no PeopleCert endorsement.
