About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Revenue can grow while margin deteriorates. An order can add sales while consuming a more valuable use of scarce capacity. Prepare for IMA CMA Part 2, Strategic Financial Management, by connecting the calculation with the decision it is meant to support.

Work across the six financial-management domains

Practice financial-statement analysis, corporate finance, business decision analysis, enterprise risk, capital investment and professional ethics. Questions state the cash-flow, tax, timing, cost and accounting assumptions needed to compare the options.

The 420 original multiple-choice questions include four targeted tests and two 100-question, 180-minute MCQ mocks. Each mock uses the published 20%/20%/25%/10%/10%/15% domain allocation.

Find the assumption that changes the result

Every question provides feedback for each option, a worked explanation and a study tip. Separate dollar growth from percentage margin, price effects from volume growth, relevant cost from sunk cost, and a positive project forecast from an ethical or risk constraint. Write the definitions before opening the answer, then inspect the near-miss calculation.

Prior CMA Part 2 or equivalent finance study, comfort with algebra and discounted cash flow, and a calculator are recommended.

These mocks cover only the 100-question, three-hour MCQ portion. They do not supply essay grading or interactive case-based tasks, recreate the full four-hour exam, or model its score scale. The additional response format depends on the testing window and region; check the appointment's current requirements. The 80% benchmark is a study goal. This independent resource has no IMA endorsement.
