IIBA CBDA Practice Tests: Turn Data into Business Decisions

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A falling-sales report may reflect a missing channel rather than a real business decline. These Certification in Business Data Analytics (CBDA) practice tests help you validate the question, assess the evidence and recommend an action that fits the organisation.

Keep the business need connected to the analysis

Practise research framing, data sourcing and quality, analytical judgement, reporting, business decisions and organisational strategy. Scenarios ask whether a technique suits the problem, a comparison is fair, a result answers the original question and a proposed response is workable under the stated constraints.

Every answer choice has feedback, supported by overall reasoning and a study suggestion. Use these to distinguish a useful analytical finding from a persuasive but unsupported conclusion. Before selecting a new model or intervention, for example, establish whether the reported symptom survives basic validation of scope and definitions.

Build judgement before testing pace

The 330 questions include four focused 45-question sets and two 75-question mocks with 120-minute timers. Review a weak stage of the analytics lifecycle, explain the condition behind uncertain choices, then use a mixed mock to connect research, interpretation and action without notes.

The scope follows the public CBDA competencies and May 2026 handbook. Business-analysis and basic data concepts are recommended; specialist model implementation is not the focus. The 70% practice target is author-defined and does not predict an official result. This independent written course contains no official examination questions, hosted analytics laboratory or IIBA endorsement.
