IIA CIA Part 2 Practice Tests: Audit Evidence and Judgment
About Course
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
A plausible procedure may not answer the audit objective. More records may not improve evidence if the population excludes the risk. Prepare for IIA CIA Part 2, Internal Audit Engagement, by connecting objectives, procedures, evidence and conclusions.
Choose the work that answers the question
Practice objectives and criteria, risk-control planning, approach and resources, information gathering and analytics, findings, supervision and communication. Business scenarios include payroll, procurement, inventory, access, cybersecurity and recovery, using the 2025 syllabus and 2024 Global Internal Audit Standards.
The 400 original four-option questions include four focused tests and two 100-question, 120-minute mocks. Each mock follows the published 50% planning, 40% gathering and evaluation, and 10% supervision and communication proportions.
Inspect what is relevant, reliable and sufficient
Every question includes feedback for all choices, an overall explanation and a study prompt. Distinguish control design from operating performance, a signed document from substantive review, and assurance applicability from recommended advisory guidance. Explain which evidence would resolve the uncertainty before selecting another procedure.
Basic internal-audit terminology and access to the relevant syllabus and Standards are recommended. Start with a focused gap, then use the mocks in separate timed attempts after reviewing uncertain answers.
Focused-test durations and the 80% target are author-defined study settings, not a conversion of the official scaled score. This course addresses Part 2 engagement decisions rather than Part 1 foundations or Part 3 function management. It is independent and has no IIA endorsement.
