IAPP CIPP/E Practice Tests: Apply European Privacy Rules

Share

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Two privacy actions can sound reasonable while only one satisfies the relevant legal conditions. These CIPP/E practice tests help learners who have studied European privacy law identify the fact that changes the controller's or processor's next step.

Practise European instruments and institutions, GDPR scope, processing principles, lawful bases and special-category conditions. Rights and accountability scenarios examine transparency, breach thresholds, DPIAs, DPO responsibilities and processor oversight. Transfers and application questions ask you to distinguish adequacy, contractual safeguards and exceptions in workplace, surveillance, marketing, tracking, cloud and AI contexts.

The 320 questions comprise four focused 35-question sets and two 90-question, 150-minute mocks. Each option has feedback, alongside an overall rationale and source-linked review direction. Cases examine missing safeguards and distinct rights rather than assuming that a familiar legal label settles the analysis.

Work through focused practice with your own study materials. For each error or guess, name the recipient role, applicability condition or required evidence, revisit the indicated source and then attempt a mixed mock under its time limit.

The scope is IAPP BoK/Blueprint 1.3.3, effective September 1, 2025. Prior GDPR study and English legal-scenario reading are recommended. This independent question-based resource is not a complete textbook, jurisdiction-specific legal advice or an IAPP-endorsed course. All practice items count, and its 80% revision target cannot convert to the official scaled score or promise examination success.
