About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A correct formula can still produce the wrong answer if the exposure, timing or available resources are misidentified. These FRM Part I practice tests help you apply the 2026 reading scope to specified risk, quantitative and valuation decisions.

Explain the assumption before calculating

Practise foundations of risk management, probability, inference, regression, time series and simulation. Work through financial institutions, products, hedging, bonds and derivatives, then connect market, credit and operational risk with valuation and stress analysis. Scenarios distinguish total resources from resources available to the entity that must meet an obligation.

Every option has feedback, with a worked overall answer and focused study prompt. Calculations state units, timing, loss conventions and model assumptions so you can reconstruct the result. Reviewing alternatives helps you spot a currency mismatch, an unavailable cash balance, a probability error or a model condition that does not hold.

Build depth before the full-length attempt

The 620 questions comprise four topic banks and two 100-question mocks with 240-minute timers. Study a bank in manageable sessions, redo missed calculations without the key, then attempt a mock in one sitting. Review correct guesses as well as mistakes before the next attempt.

This resource targets 2026 FRM Part I and assumes study of the underlying readings and basic quantitative methods. The 80% threshold is an author-defined revision target, not an official passing mark or result prediction. The examples are educational scenarios rather than trading recommendations. This independent course contains no official GARP examination questions and is not endorsed by GARP.

What Will You Learn?

  • Distinguish risk types, governance responsibilities, capital purposes and professional-conduct obligations.
  • Apply probability, statistical inference, regression and time-series methods with their assumptions and units.
  • Trace hedging, funding, settlement and option cash flows across financial products.
  • Calculate and interpret VaR, ES, credit losses, volatility and stress-test outcomes.
  • Value fixed-income and option positions and assess the limits of local sensitivity hedges.
  • Identify why plausible distractors fail and use two timed mocks to organize further revision.
