RE5 FAIS Representatives Practice Tests: Apply the Rules

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A familiar regulatory term becomes harder when a question changes the role, exception or sequence of events. Prepare for South Africa's RE5 Regulatory Examination for Representatives by practicing how to identify the responsibility and condition that determine the answer.

Follow the representative's obligations

Work through the provider, key individual, compliance officer, representative and supervisor roles. Scenarios connect licence boundaries, advice and intermediary services, disclosure and suitability, records, complaints, FIC duties, supervision and enforcement.

The 300 original English questions include four 50-question focused sets and two 50-question, 120-minute mocks. Each mock addresses all eight RE5 tasks and uses the published knowledge, comprehension, application and analysis structure.

Inspect the rule before choosing the action

Each four-option question includes one correct answer, feedback for each option and a study prompt. Distinguish the activity being regulated, who holds the duty and which provision applies to the supplied circumstances. Review the reasoning and return to the prescribed legislation before retrying a difficult topic.

Use the current official preparation guide and prescribed materials alongside this bank. Confidence reading English financial-services scenarios and basic date or percentage comparisons is helpful.

The nominal 65% standard requires at least 33 correct answers out of 50; practice results do not constitute an official result. Focused-set timers and task allocations are study choices. This course covers RE5 rather than RE1 and is independent of FSCA and Moonstone. It provides examination practice, not personal legal or financial advice.
