About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A valid API response is only one step in a dependable Claude application. These Claude Certified Developer – Foundations CCDV-F practice tests help you decide whether the conversation state, tool outcome, permission boundary and final result actually satisfy the development task.

Practise Messages API state, tool loops, streaming, batch correlation and asynchronous dependencies. Other scenarios examine model and effort choices, token-cost assumptions, prompts, memory, structured-output validation and configuration failures. Safety questions place approval and identity checks before the action they are meant to control, while debugging tasks distinguish transport, tool and model-output faults.

The 346 questions comprise four 60-question focused sets and two 53-question, 120-minute mocks. The scope is the eight-domain Version 1.0 guide effective July 2026. Feedback for every option, an overall explanation and a study suggestion make the tests useful for understanding a rejected alternative, not only checking the chosen answer.

Trace inputs and dependencies during focused practice. After reviewing an error, explain how the schedule or validation step would change if one condition changed. Then use a fresh mock to assess transfer across development topics.

Software-development, JSON, REST API and basic Python or TypeScript familiarity are recommended; no paid API account is required. This is independent written preparation, not an Anthropic-endorsed course. Eligible Claude Partner Network registration is required for exam access; buying this course does not provide it. The 80% practice target is not a scaled-score conversion or certification guarantee.

What Will You Learn?

  • Choose workflows, agents and subagent boundaries from dependencies, uncertainty, budgets and required control.
  • Trace Messages API state, typed content, tool results, streaming and batch outcomes through a real application.
  • Evaluate model and effort choices against quality, latency, supported features and cost constraints.
  • Calculate token costs and cache tradeoffs using the stated accounting categories and reuse conditions.
  • Design prompts, memory, output schemas and validation that preserve evidence and task completeness.
  • Diagnose configuration, transport, tool and model-output failures without confusing their origins.
  • Apply identity, approval, privacy and pre-action controls to safe tool execution.
  • Distinguish MCP resources, tools and prompts, and choose suitable customization and transport boundaries.
