Cisco SCOR 350-701 v2.0 Practice Tests: Security Decisions

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A trusted certificate can identify the wrong peer. A working connector can lead to an unreachable application. A detection can appear without a successful response. Prepare for Cisco 350-701 SCOR v2.0 by learning to locate the failed stage before changing a security control.

Match the control to the demonstrated problem

Work through security concepts, cryptographic trust, AI risks and API interpretation; network safeguards, AAA, FTD processing and VPNs; cloud security and Cisco Secure Access; and endpoint, ISE, Duo and response workflows. Scenarios ask which evidence supports a diagnosis and where a scoped configuration would act.

The 336 original questions include four 54-question focused tests and two 60-question, 120-minute mixed tests. The mixed sets bring the six blueprint domains together, while their length and 80% study target remain course-designed settings.

Evaluate the tempting alternative

Each question includes feedback for every option, an explanation and a focused study tip. Distinguish exposed credentials from an exploit, or exhausted application processing from a saturated internet link. Use the evidence to explain why the proposed action would or would not address the failure.

A background in IP networking, enterprise security and common authentication methods is useful. You should be able to read short configuration, JSON and Python examples; product accounts and lab equipment are not required.

This course follows the v2.0 scope through selected-response and configuration-reading exercises. It does not reproduce possible hands-on performance tasks or claim a fixed official question count or passing score. It is independent of Cisco and contains no live exam questions.

What Will You Learn?

  • Distinguish threats, vulnerability severity and operational risk, including AI/LLM and cryptographic trust boundaries.
  • Evaluate Layer 2 safeguards, AAA, secure management, FTD rules and VPN failure stages from supplied evidence.
  • Compare cloud responsibility and enforcement models, and interpret Splunk HEC and DevSecOps configuration choices.
  • Apply Secure Access internet/private policy conditions, DLP controls and destination-intelligence evidence.
  • Interpret endpoint posture, malware events and email-security actions without confusing detection with remediation.
  • Evaluate ISE, Duo, exfiltration and XDR/SOAR decisions using identity, scope, permissions and verified outcomes.
