CIPS L6M5 Practice Tests: Strategic Programme Leadership
About Course
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
Strategic programme leadership means understanding which party retains a responsibility, what a cost measure really shows and which intervention addresses a delivery problem. These CIPS L6M5 practice tests help you apply those distinctions to procurement and programme scenarios.
Compare contracting routes and pricing mechanisms, test whole-cost assumptions and interpret payback, ARR, NPV and IRR under stated conditions. Control questions connect budgets, dependencies, forecasts and changes with proportionate action. Remedies and handover tasks ask you to separate monetary limits, performance duties, acceptance and residual obligations. Culture scenarios use observed evidence to distinguish the barrier from the label attached to it.
The 336 questions form four focused topic sets and two 60-question, 90-minute comprehensive practices. Each comprehensive set combines 35 standalone responses with three case blocks. Option-level feedback, overall explanations and study tips let you examine both the calculation and the contractual or organisational assumption behind an answer.
Keep your workings and state the responsibility allocation before checking feedback. After reviewing a weak topic in your L6M5 materials, use a comprehensive case to connect its commercial, control and handover decisions.
Familiarity with procurement and project terminology, English scenarios and basic cash-flow calculations is recommended. The course uses the Version 2 scope recorded for Strategic Programme Leadership. It offers independent question-based practice for this module, not legal advice, contract drafting or the whole Level 6 qualification. Its case structure and practice scores do not reproduce or predict an official examination result.
