PMI-CP Construction Practice Tests: Resolve Delivery Choices

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A delayed design input can affect a package interface, a contract notice and the intended project outcome at once. These PMI Construction Professional practice tests help you identify the obligation, evidence and decision authority that should shape the response.

Practise construction risks and claims, contract lifecycle and delivery arrangements, then coordinate stakeholder commitments, communications and interfaces. Strategy and governance questions connect scope maturity, changes and outcomes rather than assuming a schedule opportunity is worthwhile before its associated threat has been assessed.

The 360 questions form four focused sets and two 120-question, 230-minute mocks. Each alternative has feedback, with an overall explanation and study suggestion. Contract-specific conditions are stated in the scenario so that you reason from its facts rather than assume one jurisdiction's rules.

Begin with focused practice, write the prerequisite or responsibility behind your answer and revisit the relevant foundational material. Attempt a full mock only after reviewing weak decisions, then investigate correct guesses alongside errors. The mocks combine the four domains using the published proportions.

The scope is the February 2024 ECO recorded for PMI-CP, not PMP or a general construction-law curriculum. Construction-project familiarity is recommended. This independent resource uses single-best-answer practice and does not reproduce the exact official interface or item mix. It does not replace PMI's four required foundational modules, establish eligibility or provide a credential or PDU credit. The 80% learning target is not PMI's official passing score and does not guarantee a result.

What Will You Learn?

  • Choose construction risk responses and interpret risk tools using the project's actual constraints.
  • Distinguish approved changes, potential claims and disputes, and select evidence-based next steps.
  • Compare contract and delivery arrangements and coordinate dependencies across package boundaries.
  • Diagnose communication gaps using PMIS, Obeya, CbM, Compass and stakeholder feedback.
  • Evaluate scope and change decisions against outcomes, value and delegated authority.
  • Practice pacing with two 120-question mocks matching the published domain proportions.
