PgMP Practice Tests: Align Programmes, Benefits & Governance
About Course
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
A project can meet its own target while the programme misses its strategic benefit. These Program Management Professional (PgMP) practice tests help you judge coordinated delivery, interdependencies and decision authority from the programme outcome rather than a list of completed activities.
Keep the programme decision at the right level
Practise strategic alignment, programme lifecycle management, benefits, stakeholders and governance. Cases ask how to negotiate high-level scope, evaluate changes, coordinate components and sustain useful results. A proposed migration or coaching initiative must be assessed against the strategic capability needed, not automatically included because it already exists in a project inventory.
Every answer choice includes feedback, with overall reasoning and a study suggestion. Use these to distinguish local delivery success from realised benefits, a legitimate programme decision from unauthorised action, and a situation requiring escalation from one already within delegated authority.
The 400 questions comprise a 60-question diagnostic and two 170-question mocks with 240-minute timers. Use the diagnostic in smaller sessions to identify weak assumptions. Review those principles, then attempt a full mock without notes and use its evidence to plan revision before the second.
The scope follows the March 2024 PgMP Exam Content Outline and its five domains. Programme-management experience and study are recommended. The 70% review target and whole-question allocations are author-designed rather than official passing or exact-form claims. This independent written resource includes no official examination questions, certification award or PMI endorsement.
