Salesforce Field Service Practice Tests: Schedule Precisely

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A qualified resource is not automatically available for the required visit, and a scheduled appointment is not evidence that the work was performed. These Salesforce Agentforce Field Service and Operations Consultant practice tests help you trace the conditions behind a service decision.

Practise resource models, calendars, work orders and commitments, then compare hard scheduling constraints with weighted ranking and optimization. Mobile, inventory, asset and maintenance scenarios connect preparation, access, signing, product movement and recurring work with the correct records and lifecycle stages.

The 300 questions form four focused sets and two 60-question, 105-minute mocks. Every option has feedback, an overall explanation and a study tip. Cases distinguish crew-resource efficiency from an average of individual members and planned timestamps from actual execution evidence.

Begin with the focused workflow where your reasoning is least certain. Identify the resource, work context and binding constraint, revisit the relevant documentation and then attempt a mixed mock. Review correct guesses alongside errors rather than relying on a recognised feature name.

The credential was renamed from Field Service Consultant in July 2026; the published guide recorded for this course retains Spring '23, so this is not an AI-only bank. Salesforce-admin and Field Service familiarity are recommended. Official prerequisites include Platform Administrator and Agentforce Service Consultant, which this resource does not replace. The mocks score all 60 items rather than adding official unscored items. This independent written resource includes no Salesforce organisation or device lab and does not guarantee certification.

What Will You Learn?

  • Distinguish crew, technician and capacity-based resource models, dated memberships and role-specific capabilities.
  • Apply work types, preferences, required products, component work records and contractual milestones.
  • Evaluate hard scheduling constraints before weighted ranking, dependencies, multiday work and optimization.
  • Interpret booking windows, planned timestamps, actual execution and task-level labor evidence.
  • Diagnose mobile data preparation, signing roles and offline-to-online validation gaps.
  • Separate pricing, stock, requests, transfers, consumption, return disposition and installed assets.
  • Compare preventive-work generation methods and recurrence with object, field and record access.
