About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A relationship model becomes useful when it helps you decide what to do as priorities, capabilities or evidence change. These CIPS L4M6 Supplier Relationships practice tests let you compare the buyer's and supplier's perspectives before choosing a relationship approach or corrective action.

Judge the fit of the relationship

Work through internal and external supply, portfolio models, supplier preferencing, competitive conditions and added value. Management scenarios examine appraisal, stakeholder behaviour, cost models, early supplier involvement, shared measures, continuity and exit. Partnering questions explore benefits for both sides, implementation commitments and the evidence behind performance concerns.

The 330 original questions in five tests include three 70-question topic sets and two 60-question, 90-minute mixed mocks. The topics develop the three learning outcomes; the mocks apply them through integrated scenarios and calculations.

Test your assumptions against the feedback

Single-answer and clearly labelled select-two questions include feedback for every option, an overall explanation and a study tip. Check whether you have confused a service type with an organisational boundary, or a technical delegation with commercial authority. Use the explanation to identify the assumption that made your alternative tempting.

Foundation-level procurement knowledge, English scenario reading and basic cost calculations are helpful. Start with a weaker topic, review the related study material, then use a mock in one sitting before reading its feedback.

Each mock's 20-question allocation per learning outcome is course-designed, rather than an official quota. The 70% practice target does not predict an examination result. This is independent preparation for L4M6, without CIPS affiliation or endorsement.
