About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Choosing an RMAN command is not enough if the backup chain, recovery endpoint or container scope is wrong. These Oracle Database Administration II practice tests help you connect administration actions with the data and state they must preserve.

Practise CDB/PDB lifecycle, services, application containers, security and resources. Backup and recovery scenarios examine incremental ancestry, retention, encryption, logs, duplication and transport. Deployment and performance questions separate home patching from SQL patch outcomes and advisor estimates from representative workload evidence.

The 336 questions comprise four focused 50-question sets and two 68-question, 120-minute mocks. Every option has feedback, with an overall explanation and study tip. Cases require container identity as well as a tablespace name so that legitimate objects in separate PDBs are not mistaken for duplicates.

Begin with focused practice and trace the affected scope, required files and endpoint before reading feedback. Revisit the relevant Oracle 19c rule and use a permitted lab for optional follow-up. Then attempt a mixed mock and review incorrect answers and uncertain guesses by the decision you missed.

The scope is 1Z0-083 in the Oracle Database Administration 2019 Professional path, using behaviour through Oracle Database 19c rather than newer 23ai/26ai substitutions. Administration I-level fundamentals are recommended. This independent written resource does not provide a managed lab or exam voucher. Certification has additional requirements beyond this examination; check them separately. Practice percentages are study feedback and do not guarantee an official result.

What Will You Learn?

  • Select CDB/PDB lifecycle, service, cloning and application-container actions that fit the stated container and data-sharing requirements.
  • Build and evaluate RMAN backup strategies with valid incremental ancestry, retention, channel access and encryption recovery dependencies.
  • Choose recovery scope and endpoints that address the failure while preserving required unaffected work.
  • Distinguish duplication and transport workflows, including file safety, metadata, platform and consistency requirements.
  • Evaluate installation, upgrade, patch and Oracle Restart outcomes using evidence from the correct software and database layers.
  • Interpret performance evidence, memory behavior, statistics and advisor recommendations against representative workload results.
