About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A tool call can succeed without completing the task, and an extracted field can fit a schema while carrying the wrong meaning. These AI-103 practice tests help you connect Azure AI implementation choices with the evidence, permissions and response contract the application requires.

Trace the application from input to action

Practise Foundry applications and agents, deployment patterns, vision, text and speech, grounded retrieval and information extraction. Scenarios connect asynchronous state, tool results, source evidence and deterministic output handling. Selected Python questions ask you to interpret or repair the expression that changes the result.

Each option receives feedback, with a worked explanation and next-study tip. If an earlier stage already produced validated text, for example, the next model choice should fit the remaining schema and quality requirements rather than assume that vision is still necessary. The explanations help you select the capability needed at the current stage.

The 540 questions comprise four 95-question cross-domain practice sets and two 80-question assessments with 120-minute training windows. Work in shorter focused sessions, review errors and guesses, then attempt an integrated assessment without notes.

The scope follows AI-103 skills measured from April 16, 2026, not the former AI-102 outline. Azure AI and basic Python familiarity are recommended. Assessment length and the 75% target are course settings rather than a fixed official exam-form or score reproduction. This independent written resource includes no paid cloud lab, official examination questions or Microsoft endorsement.

What Will You Learn?

  • Evaluate Azure AI deployment, access and monitoring choices against concrete requirements.
  • Trace agent tool calls, retrieval, memory and workflow outputs to distinguish attempted actions from completed results.
  • Apply visual, text and speech processing controls while preserving the evidence needed for the task.
  • Diagnose search, enrichment and RAG ingestion defects before blaming generation or ranking.
  • Interpret structured document fields, source grounding and downstream normalization contracts.
  • Use two timed mock tests to identify weak decisions across all five AI-103 domains.
